Check*:

If paying by check, payments submitted without documentation will be RETURNED to sender. Documentation (invoice, registration confirmation, etc.) MUST accompany payment if by mail/check.

Credit Cards*:

An invoice will be emailed to sponsors with a link to pay by credit card.

PO's:

Purchase Orders (PO's) are NOT accepted!

*A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks and credit cards.

Absolutely NO refunds.

Abstract Submission vs. Paper Presentation

A maximum of 10 students from each category will be accepted to present their paper — categories with entries greater than 10 will be pre-judged based on their submitted abstracts to determine the 10 presenters for that category.

Teacher/Sponsor Online Entry Teacher/Sponsor Entry – Please create your sponsor account first so that you may nominate students. All students must have a Teacher/Sponsor. September 13, 2023 5:00 p.m.
Student Online Entry
This is a part of the sponsor entry system. Students must be entered by their teacher/sponsor.		 Student Entry – Sponsors may nominate as many students as you want. Please remember only 10 students per category will be accepted to present their paper. September 13, 2023 5:00 p.m.
Abstract Submission

Make sure you have read and followed the abstract guidelines!		 Due electronically via online upload. Students will click the link in the confirmation email you receive after your sponsor nominates you, and then you will create an account where you can upload your abstract (and later your research paper if you are accepted to present). Abstracts submitted with no name will not be accepted. 		September 13, 2023 5:00 p.m.
Acceptance Notification Students will be notified of their acceptance to present their research. Sponsors will also be notified of their nominees' presentation status and will be emailed an invoice. September 18, 2023
Paper Submission

Make sure you have read and followed the research paper guidelines!		 Due electronically via online upload. To upload your research paper, log in to your Student account where you submitted your abstract.
